THE WISCONSIN CONCEALED CARRY ASSOCIATION

The Wisconsin Concealed Carry Association is the only gun-rights organization in Wisconsin that is solely devoted to getting a shall-issue concealed weapons bill passed in our state.

It is now 2008, and Wisconsin is one of only two states that completely prohibits anyone but police officers and sheriffs' deputies from carrying concealed weapons for self defense.

Our anti-gun opponents, led by Governor Jim Doyle, argue that Wisconsin has a relatively low crime rate compared to other states. Tell that to the 12,000+ victims of murder, attempted murder, rape, robbery, assault and other violent crimes that happen every year in our state.

With 48 other states recognizing the right of citizens to bear arms for personal defense, we believe that it's an insult to the citizens of Wisconsin to be denied their constitutional right to personal safety and security.

The WCCA depends upon volunteers to accomplish its mission. Please visit the various links on our site to find out how you can help.

Wisconsin will have a shall-issue concealed weapons law passed. There's no doubt about it. The questions are: how soon do you want to see that law passed; how much time will you volunteer; and what are you wlling to do to help to get the bill passed?

We've watched Colorado, Missouri, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Kansas, and other states all recently pass shall-issue concealed carry bills.

Aren't you sick of being a second-class citizen? If so, then join with us and be part of a devoted group of volunteers who will never quit until we reach our goal.

Your most valuable possesion is your life, and the lives of your loved ones. Governor Doyle is protected 24 hours a day by bodyguards. Is his life more valuable than yours, or the lives of your loved ones?
